Can I temporarily suspend my account? How long?

Yes — you can pause your subscription for up to 2 months. Your listings and data will remain safe during the suspension.

When does billing start?

Billing starts once your platform setup is completed and your account is handed over for use. Subscriptions are paid monthly or yearly in advance.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — you may cancel at the end of your billing cycle. Your data will be archived for about 60 days in case you decide to return.
